Has anyone else had this issue and figured out how to fix it? Any advice on things to try would be greatly appreciated.

It was a little better but it still took a long time. I did have them copy a file to their desktop and try it from there. They are working on files that are on a network drive. You cant do anything else until it finishes. However, the program freezes up and takes a very long time. I have looked at all the processes running through the task manager and the CPU, memory, and graphics card usually don't go over 25%. Just working on one and generating the tool path can take up to 7 min or longer. Usually the process is pretty quick but they have some files that have over 3k surfaces. I did research on components before we purchased these computers a couple years ago but they are very slow sometimes. We are using Mastercam for Solidworks and it is an add-in for Solidworks.
